ÄUDREE is operated by DASSH GROUP PTY LTD (ACN 700 732 752). ÄUDREE hosts large-scale, invite-only events for single professionals ("Events") at venues in Sydney, Australia. ÄUDREE does not offer any membership, subscription, or ongoing service, each Event is a standalone, ticketed occasion.

2.1. Application. To be considered for an Event, you must submit a complete application via the registration form on our website ("Application"). Submitting an Application does not guarantee an invitation to any Event.

2.2. Vetting. ÄUDREE reviews and vets all Applications at its sole discretion. As part of this process, we may consider the information and materials you provide, including photographs and/or social media profiles, to verify your identity and suitability.

2.3. Waitlist. Applicants who pass our vetting process are placed on a waitlist. Being placed on the waitlist does not guarantee an invitation to any specific Event, or to any Event at all.

2.4. Invitations. ÄUDREE extends invitations ("Invitations") to attend a specific Event based on factors including, but not limited to, venue capacity, the composition of attendees, and the order in which Applications were approved. Not all approved applicants will receive an Invitation to the same or first available Event. If you do not receive an Invitation to an upcoming Event, you will remain on the waitlist for consideration for future Events.

2.5. No entitlement. Being an approved applicant or waitlisted does not entitle you to an Invitation to any particular Event. ÄUDREE reserves the right to withdraw or revoke an Invitation at any time, at its sole and absolute discretion, including after an Invitation has been extended but before a ticket has been purchased.

2.6. Minimum age. Applicants must be 25 years of age or older. ÄUDREE reserves the right to request proof of age at any stage of the application or Event entry process.

2.7. Accuracy of information. You warrant that all information provided in your Application is true, accurate, and not misleading. ÄUDREE reserves the right to reject or withdraw an Application or Invitation if it reasonably believes any information provided is false or misleading.

3.1. Ticket purchase. Your place at an Event is only guaranteed once payment for your ticket has been received in full. Receiving an Invitation does not guarantee your place at the Event.

3.2. Payment window. Following receipt of an Invitation, you have 48 hours to purchase your ticket. If payment is not received within this window, your Invitation may be withdrawn and your place offered to another applicant on the waitlist.

3.3. Pricing. Ticket pricing varies by Event and venue and will be disclosed to you as part of your Invitation, prior to purchase.

3.4. Guests. You may not bring a guest to an Event unless that person has separately submitted and been approved through their own Application. Where you and another applicant have both been approved, you may email ÄUDREE to request consideration for the same Event. This request is not guaranteed to be accommodated.

4.1. General policy. All tickets are non-refundable.

4.2. Cancellation more than 48 hours before an Event. If you notify ÄUDREE of your cancellation more than 48 hours prior to the Event, the amount you paid will be held as credit toward a future Event.

4.3. Cancellation within 48 hours of an Event. If you notify ÄUDREE of your cancellation within 48 hours of the Event, or fail to attend without notice, the full amount paid is forfeited.

4.4. Changes by ÄUDREE. While we make every effort to ensure Events proceed as planned, ÄUDREE reserves the right to cancel, postpone, reschedule, or change the venue of an Event at its discretion. If an Event is cancelled by ÄUDREE, ticket holders will be offered credit toward a future Event. ÄUDREE is not liable for any other loss or expense you may incur as a result of any such change or cancellation.

5.1. Venue. Events are held at venues within Sydney CBD. The exact venue is disclosed approximately two weeks prior to the Event, and only to confirmed ticket holders.

5.2. Dress code. Formal or cocktail attire is required. ÄUDREE reserves the right to refuse entry to any person not meeting this standard, at its sole discretion.

5.3. Identification. Upon arrival, you will be required to present valid photo identification (current driver's licence, passport, or accepted proof of age card), which will be checked against our guest list. Failure to produce satisfactory identification may result in refusal of entry, without refund.

5.4. Licensed venues. All venues are fully licensed. Food and beverages may be available for purchase at the Event at your own cost and are not included in your ticket price. No BYO alcohol is permitted.

5.5. Right of refusal. ÄUDREE reserves the right to refuse entry to, or remove from, any Event any person at its sole and absolute discretion, including for reasons of intoxication, disruptive behaviour, breach of this Document, or any conduct ÄUDREE considers inappropriate. No refund will be provided in such circumstances.

5.6. Search. ÄUDREE and venue staff reserve the right to search all persons and belongings upon entry. Failure to comply will result in refusal of entry.

5.7. Recording. Unauthorised photography, video, or audio recording of other attendees is not permitted without their consent.

6.1. Injury. To the extent permitted by law, ÄUDREE disclaims all liability for any injury, loss, or damage sustained before, during, or after an Event. By attending an Event, you assume all associated risks.

6.2. Personal property. ÄUDREE is not liable for the loss, theft of, or damage to, your personal property at any Event.

7.1. General conduct. You agree to conduct yourself appropriately at all times when attending an Event and to comply with this Document and any reasonable directions given by ÄUDREE or venue staff. ÄUDREE may refuse future Invitations to any applicant who breaches this clause.

7.2. Confidentiality. You agree to treat as confidential any personal information you learn about other attendees through an Event (including names, contact details, occupation, or any other identifying information), and not to use such information for any purpose other than the personal connection contemplated by attending the Event.

7.3. No commercial contact. You must not contact any other applicant or attendee for commercial, marketing, or other unauthorised purposes.

7.4. Publicity. You may not use any images, footage, or branding belonging to ÄUDREE (including from our website or social media) for advertising or commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

8.1. Exclusion. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ÄUDREE excludes all liability for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage (including loss of profits or reputation) arising from, or in connection with, your Application, any Invitation, or attendance at an Event.

8.2. Cap on liability. To the extent any liability cannot be excluded, ÄUDREE's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with this Document is limited, at ÄUDREE's election, to the amount you paid for your ticket to the relevant Event.

8.3. Consumer law. Nothing in this Document excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy which cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.

8.4. Indemnity. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ÄUDREE, its officers, employees, contractors, and agents from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal costs) arising from your breach of this Document or your conduct in connection with an Event.

9.1. No liability for third parties. ÄUDREE engages independent venues, vendors, and contractors to help deliver Events. ÄUDREE is not responsible for the acts or omissions of these third parties and disclaims all liability arising from their conduct or services.

9.2. Force majeure. ÄUDREE is not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including strikes, extreme weather, pandemic, government restrictions, or venue unavailability.

9.3. Assignment. You may not assign or transfer any rights under this Document without our prior written consent. ÄUDREE may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under this Document at its discretion, including in connection with a sale or transfer of its business.

9.4. Entire agreement. This Document constitutes the entire agreement between you and ÄUDREE in relation to your Application and attendance at Events, and supersedes any prior understanding or representation on the subject.

9.5. Severability. If any provision of this Document is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be read down to the minimum extent necessary, or severed if it cannot be read down, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.

9.6. Governing law. This Document is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

In connection with your Application and attendance at Events, we may collect:

4.1. Personal information submitted as part of your Application (including photographs) is stored on our website's backend. This data is periodically exported for our internal records and deleted from the website backend following export.

4.2. We take reasonable steps to store your personal information securely, and to protect it from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure.

7.2. We may need to verify your identity before providing access to your personal information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal obligations. The current version will always be available on our website.
